CARYS Down Coat with Detachable Natural Fur Hood 2860

Ordered this coat online in navy size 6, which was the only size available. I was worried it might be slightly small but it fit perfectly, even the sleeves were the right length. What a beautiful quality coat, light weight but warm with a smoothly defined waist. I couldn’t be happier. Customer service was top notch too. Ordered on a Sunday & coat arrived, nicely packaged, on Wednesday morning. Highly recommended.

I ordered this coat in Silver online on Tuesday night. I noticed there was an option to pick up, as well as delivery and thought I might get it sooner if I picked it up. I was pleasantly surprised to immediately receive a personal e-mail from the store at 8.30 p.m. to offer me the option for curb-side pickup the following day by appointment. She said it would be at the door and there'd be a mirror there if I wanted to try it on. I asked if I could possibly try another size as well as I wasn't sure I'd ordered the right one. No problem. My husband drove me the next day. We arrived 15 minutes early so I called the number on the door and a pleasant, masked man came right-away and the coats were both there for me to try (I chose the size I'd ordered-16 - & it fits perfectly). There was sanitizer and a mirror. We were the only ones there so it felt safe and it was a very fast transaction. I'm thrilled with the coat. It's exactly as it appears, is very lightweight, comfy, good quality and warm. I've already worn it for 2 long walks. A two-way zipper would have been nice but I knew it didn't have that. Thank you.
