Refund policy

 

We have a 2-week return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please contact us at lornescoats@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returns MUST include the packing slip that arrived with the original order. We need this information to process the return of your funds.

Customers returning coats outside of Canada must specify "RETURN" outside the box and tell their courier when they ship the coat back.

Duties: If the coat is coming from outside of Canada and is not specified as a return, it may be subjected to duty charges when the coat crosses the border into Canada. We are unable to pay duty charges and will be forced to refuse the delivery. Please be 100% sure to specify that the package is designated as a return with your courier.

We offer free standard shipping across Canada; however, if the customer is not satisfied, they are responsible for shipping the item back to the return address:

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
Please email us to let us know which coat you would like to receive in exchange, so we can ensure we have the correct the style/size/colour in stock for you. Once we confirm it's available, we'll then put the coat aside so it can't be sold in the meantime. 

Please include the packing slip in the return and write "exchange for style/size/colour" on the paper. Once we receive the original coat back, we'll send the new coat out to you.

Refunds 
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. An automatic confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
